New Book Coming in September 2025

Coming in September 2025 the sequel to “Three Years of Her Life.” ” Nine Years That Followed,” a setting in the late 1960s that features The Civil Rights Movement, Woodstock 69 and the Vietnam War. The characters Elizabeth & Erik Herrmann have a son Jake. A new black musician Miles Ellis joins the musical family with the band leader Wilson Lee. Elizabeth expands her nursing career to include music and a chance to become a superstar. She sings and plays the guitar and performs on stage at Woodstock with Janis Joplin. Her moves and voice match Janis’ that an agent notices. Elizabeth is on her way, and out of nursing. Stopped abruptly by Erik in serious trouble. Not in the U.S.!

      Randall, thank you for your kind comment. I appreciate your support of my writing. It’s my alternate life if I had studied music seriously as a young child. I just played the cello, and later in life the guitar and flute. My grandfather was a renowned trumpet soloist in symphony’s. My father played the trombone professionally. I get to be a superstar in this book. In th US and Germany. Another teaser.
