The debut historical book, Three Years of Her Life, is in La Jolla, CA. A long-time, good friend and colleague, Judith Pfeiffer, PhD, MSN, read the book while visiting family in Canada. She retired from USCD as Director, Nursing Education, Development and Research. La Jolla is her home, with its sweeping ocean views and beautiful coastal beaches. One of Judith’s lovely collection of paintings by family artist friend, Jason Faessel, is in the background of her portrait photo. His artwork in 2022, “At its best, abstraction addresses the human spirit. Part experimental, and part spirit dwelling in nature.”
Thank you Judith for writing a wonderful Amazon 5-star review – May 31, 2022
5.0 out of 5 stars Had to keep reading through the night–energizing story!
LOVED reading this book! A definite page turner yet complex story. I cannot wait to read more by this talented author. Balanced approach to family’s 1950’s prejudices and how characters overcame obstacles. I want to know what happens next! Please keep writing.

Three Years of Her Life is available on Amazon:
I finally got started on your book. It’s really engaging. A real page turner as noted by Dr. Pfeiffer. I’m loving it.

Wow…thanks so much for starting to read the book, and liking it. I’d love to put you on the book sighting list when you want to make a comment or write a review! I’m surprised there are 10 total now, more coming, and 4 completed. I love promoting all my friends at the same time as marketing the book. I’m thankful it’s working well. 📚🎶 Christine

I’ll do a review when I’m done. I’m going to try to get Laurie’s book group to read it. Laurie will read it after I’m finished. It’s really fun.

That would be so awesome. I’d love to have Laurie’s & her book group’s feedback. There are 1950s relationship & universal issues that would make a great discussion. And your feedback would be very welcomed too. There is a lot of 50s music and Elizabeth gets to be a rock star! 📚🎶 Christine

Spunk was just being a book prop. He didn’t meow when I read to him. He got up and moved to another chair. Hmmm. I think her prefers the vibes over my reading.

Tell Spunk he was a handsome star book prop and he’ll be featured in the book sighting blog post. Meow to Spunk! 😸🎶

I figured as much. I’ll be sure to elaborate on Spunk’s handsomeness and outgoing personality. Now, those words he’ll listen to when you read them. 😸🎶

Thanks, Tim. The photo of you with sunglasses is tiny, and blurred when enlarged. Do you have a photo I can use for the post? Just getting things lined up on my desktop for WordPress. 📚🎶

Are you talking my Avatar? That is a tiny image. I’ll see if I can find the original.

It’s good to see the tour rolling on, Christine. I went to La Jolla once. Even though it was back in the worst of the “bad old days,” I still remember it as a beautiful place. I wish I had seen it under better circumstances.
Shine on, moon child. Hugs on the wing.

Thanks so much, Teagan. La Jolla has grown too much. I lived there years ago and it was a nice quiet village. Not anymore. It’s bustling with tourists & activity. It’s a nice surprise that the book sighting has taken off nicely. I have you coming up next. Retrieved you review/ comment from Goodreads. Thank you! 📚🎶

Thank you so much for your visit and comment. The Debut book has a sequel in progress. I’m excited about this one too. It’s the happenings in the late 1960s. And The main character has more to overcome in her personal and professional life. 📚🎶 Christine
